Shopping, dining and working close to home.
At Boulevard One, shopping, dining and entertainment are designed to be a local affair.
You’ll walk or cycle on neighborhood paths to reach Lucky’s Market and your favorite hotspots within The Boulevard at Lowry. Hanging up your car keys is part of the joy of living in a well-connected, urban community.
Retail Planning Takes Off
Kelmore Development, in collaboration with Confluent Development, is planning a vibrant mixed-use area off Quebec Street and Lowry Boulevard. The eight-acre site will contain up to 200,000 square feet of commercial space designed by Norris Design and Open Studio Architecture.
The Boulevard at Lowry will be a popular gathering place for people living and working in East Denver and Lowry. The Boulevard may eventually be home to local, regional and national restaurants, including chef-driven dining concepts. You can look forward to the possibility of neighborhood retail shops, health and wellness studios, a co-working space or medical offices. There may even be a cinema brew pub!
Woven among the boutiques and entertainment venues, you’ll find inviting outdoor seating areas, shared courtyards and landscaping, with the community park right across the street.
Lucky’s Market just steps from your door.
Lucky’s Market, an affordable natural foods grocer, will be on the ground floor of the three-story commercial core of Boulevard One, located at Quebec Street and Lowry Boulevard. The store will span 25,000 square feet and mark the first Denver location for the Boulder-based grocery store chain. Lucky’s is planned to break ground in 2018 with anticipated completion in late 2019.
