A fully integrated development, construction and property management company, Embrey specializes in multifamily and commercial projects. This award-wining firm will build and manage a gateway project on Quebec Street south of Lowry Boulevard. The luxury community will feature 347 apartments, two large outdoor courtyards, swimming pools and a rooftop “sky deck” for gatherings. Care was taken to vary the architectural materials, break up building massing and soften edges with enhanced landscaping. Buildings on Quebec Street will be three stories tall, stepping back to four stories.
